Co-presented with Hush and the Parliament of Victoria
Hush: An Evening of Quiet Music is an award-winning concert series that places the nation’s leading songwriters in grand heritage venues with one unusual twist: the audience must remain pin-drop silent.
The first Victorian concert sees Dan Kelly, Teeth & Tongue, Melody Pool, Sui Zhen, Jess Rebeiro, Grand Salvo, Man Made Mountain, Davey Craddock and The Grand Magoozi play in Parliament House’s Queens Hall, Federation and Library rooms.
The series was established by WA songwriter Davey Craddock and radio presenter Stacy Gougoulis who grew tired of their favourite artists’ sets being wrecked by “noisy idiots up the back”.
Please note: Hush: an Evening of Quiet Music at the Parliament is not affiliated with the Hush Foundation or its upcoming event Hush 16: A Piece of Quiet at the Melbourne Recital Centre.
